Promoter Terms and Conditions:
The Terms and Conditions set out below are primarily designed to ensure the safety and well-being of guests attending the Event and to create the best Lovebox Weekender possible for everyone attending:
Lovebox Festivals Limited ('the Promoter') promotes the Lovebox Weekender ('the Event') and attendance is subject to acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
- Right of admission is reserved (R.O.A.R). In particular, the Promoter reserves the right to remove persons from the site for any reason including, without limitation, behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the Promoter or its representatives staffing the Event. The Promoter and its security personnel may conduct random searches in order to safeguard the security of guests at the Event;
- There is no admission without a valid ticket, this is a licensing condition - so please keep it safe and don't lose it!;
- No pass outs will be issued and re-entry to the Event is not permitted. Tickets should be retained throughout the event and wristbands purchased for 2 or 3 days will need to be worn on ALL days to gain and must not be removed or else you will not be permitted entry to the event;
- In order to attend Lovebox on Sunday, you must be over 18 years of age – proof of identity and age must be provided on request at the admission gate. Please note that if you wish to purchase any combination of tickets that would involve attending Sunday then you must be over 18 years of age to attend on all of the days. As 2 or 3 day tickets are in the form of wristbands, and are non-transferrable, they must not be removed or you will not be permitted access;
- For Friday and/or Saturday only - Children under 12 are allowed in free to the Event. However, proof of identity and age must be provided on request at the admissions gate. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission if its staff or agents are in any doubt whatsoever as to the age of the person being presented as being Under 12. A maximum of 4 under 12's per adult will be allowed entry and all Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult;
- The promoter reserves the right to change the line up at any time without notification and without refund of monies or exchange of bookings;
- Guests may be searched on entry to the Event. If you are in possession of illegal substances or objects you may be refused entry to the Event and/or arrested and/or prosecuted;
- Alcohol and food will not be allowed to be brought into the festival site; there are fully licensed bars and food operators throughout the site. You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind. Broken glass is dangerous for all users of the site during and after the Event;
- The Event operates licensed bars and you need to be over the age of 18 to purchase alcohol on site. You may be asked to produce proof of age and if you are unable to do so you will not be served alcohol;
- Warning: Please note that you will be exposed to loud music at the Event. Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. Please also be aware that strobe lighting may be used during the Event;
- Strictly no camping at any time during the Event unless you have the advance permission of the Promoter in writing to do so;
- No animals will be permitted entry to the site with the exception of dogs assisting the visually or aurally impaired;
- Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles, offensive weapons or other similar articles are not permitted within the site and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry, ejected and/or arrested. Items with an open flame (e.g. candles, barbeques, gas/paraffin lamps etc) are not permitted on the site and will be confiscated on entry;
- THE EVENT IS SUBJECT TO LICENSE
- PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING - Due to legal artist performance rights and royalty obligations, you cannot bring any video or audio recording equipment or any camera which is over 35mm or with a detachable lens onto the site. You will not be allowed to enter the site if you bring equipment that at the discretion of our security infringes on these rules;
- Where reasonably necessary, We reserve the right to make alterations to the published Event or programme. Our liability for the cancellation, rescheduling or material change to an Event is limited to the refund set out in conditions below:
- We will not refund or exchange this Ticket unless the Event is cancelled or re-scheduled or there is a material change to the Event (such that in Our reasonable opinion the Event is materially different to what a purchaser of the Ticket might reasonably have expected when purchasing the Ticket). The use of understudies shall not be a material change. Refunds are equal to the full or partial face value of the Ticket which we shall reasonably determine depending upon the element of the Event which is cancelled, re-scheduled or materially changed plus the per ticket booking fee if applicable under the agents terms of sale (see individual agents Terms and Conditions) and should be obtained from the Agent from whom You purchased the Ticket, subject to their terms and conditions.
- If an Event is rescheduled or materially changed You must claim Your refund in good time before the rescheduled or materially changed event takes place, if an Event is cancelled, You must claim Your refund within 3 months from the date of the Event
- The tickets purchased are for your own personal use only and may not be transferred or re-sold to any other person or body under any circumstances or used as part of any promotion or competition or for commercial gain.
- Where there has been any re-sale or attempted re-sale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect and refuse admission to the concert using that ticket.
- Possession of a ticket or a wristband to the Event constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The promoters of the Lovebox are working with London Metropolitan Police and local authorities to make this a safe, crime-free event. Please do not bring drugs or weapons to Victoria Park. You should expect to be searched at the entrance to the festival, and anyone found with illegal substances or materials will be passed directly to the police.
- Anyone found in possession of drugs at the event will be ejected from the site and not permitted to re-enter.
- THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY POSTING THEM TO THIS WEBSITE.
