  • Where and what
  • You should find answers to most of your questions here: if not please feel free to email us at info@loveboxlondon.com with CUSTOMER ENQUIRY in the subject header and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

GATES OPEN AT 12NOON EACH DAY AND CLOSE 11PM ON SATURDAY AND 10.30PM ON SUNDAY. Line up times will be published on Thursday July 16th.

TRAVEL By public transport Victoria Park is less than 30 minutes from  any of London's main rail stations, so whichever part of the world you are coming from there is a quick and easy route to this lovely part of London.

BUS ROUTES: stopping at Mile End: D6, D7, 205, 323, 339, 25 or take the 277 straight to Victoria Park from Highbury & Islington, Hackney Central or Mile End.

TUBE: Mile End is on the Central and District lines and then a 10  minute walk to Victoria Park. The Hammersmith & City line is closed this weekend – please find an alternative route.

TRAIN: Hackney Wick is operated by London Overground in travelcard  Zone 2. (Please be aware that on Sunday 19 July there are no London  Overground trains serving Hackney Wick station as the line is closed  between Gunnersbury and Stratford due to engineering works so please  choose an alternative route)

CAR: There is no general parking anywhere in the vicinity of Victoria Park so please come by public transport. Any car illegally parked will be towed.

TAXIS: the best place to be dropped is the corner of Globe Road and Old Ford Road

CAMPING: Lovebox is a non-camping festival and guests are required to vacate the park at the end of each day.

    DISABLED ACCESS INFORMATION
We’re pleased to inform you that the LoveBox site is very accessible for disabled people. We have a disabled viewing platform available, with a good view of the main stage. If you are registered as being disabled, your carer can attend the event for free to assist you on the day - providing you both bring relevant identification and documentation. If you are not registered as being disabled, but are in some way physically incapacitated on the day - for example, on crutches - you will be able to utilise our disabled facilities, providing they are not being used to capacity by registered disabled festival goers.

    Do’s and Don’t’s
To address the two main questions we've been getting:
    1. Unfortunately, due to the terms of our license, customers are not allowed to bring their own alcohol on site.
    2. Unfortunately, there are no pass outs available at Lovebox. This due to the terms of our license and because it would not be possible for our security to manage it safely and securely.

A full list of the terms and conditions of the festival can be found here.
